Sooo do you guys remember how much I dislike the idea of cake pops? WELL LOOK WHAT I HAD TO MAKE AT WORK TODAY. I think it’s safe to say that I was bitch slapped with some irony today.
Hahaha I made the set on the right (about a dozen total) with the rainbow sprinkles. They had a coworker of mine start with the red velvet ones (red sprinkles) but once I came in she had me take over. The red velvet ones were too lumpy and uneven, and had started cracking. So I made the chocolate ones with rainbow sprinkles. Can you see the difference?
I still don’t get these things. Neither do my bosses. We had a big talk about how these things are blowing up with popularity but we don’t understand why… I mean, that’s a $2 bite of cake on a stick there.. People are willing to pay that much for such a small amount of cake. It’s madness!
Either way, mine look pretty bitchin’ if I do say so myself. ;D
now i’m hungry :(! haha
